STUDY ELIGIBILITY

CRF-1

CRF-1 objective is to verify study eligibility of potential INTERSPACE participants. Please submit one form for each potential participant who meets all inclusion criteria, including PACNS patients who are excluded from INTERSPACE because of exclusion criteria.

BASELINE DATA

CRF-2

CRF-2 describes the INTERSPACE participant’s baseline data, from symptom onset to the 14-day follow-up visit (which corresponds to the 14th ± 1day of immunosuppressive therapy).

It is strongly recommended first to print and complete a paper copy of the web-based CRF - with this approach, you can stop collecting data and continue later. Once the paper copy is completed, use the web-based e-CRF to transmit the patient’s data and download images to the Database Centre in one setting.

Once data are transmitted to the Database Centre, they can be modified by contacting the e-CRF Committee at the following address: interspace(at)youngstrokenetwork.org.

NEUROLOGICAL DETERIORATION

CRF-3-1

CRF-3-2

CRF-3-3

CRF-3 describes neurological deterioration due to active vasculitis and occurring after the 14-day visit. Neurological deterioration is defined by the occurrence of at least one clinical manifestation among those listed in item 3. Active vasculitis is reflected by at least one investigation result among those listed in item 4. One form must be completed for each individual episodes of neurological deterioration.

CRF-4 describes the INTERSPACE participant at 3 months, 6 months, and at intervals of 1 year following initiation of immunosuppressive therapy.

It is strongly recommended first to print and complete a paper copy of the web-based CRF - with this approach, you can stop collecting data and continue later.
